Location was great for what we came to do. The kitchen area was good, and the bed was comfortable. I heard no complaints about the sofa bed either. The kitchen did take up a lot of floorspace so the bathroom was a bit small. We had ground floor rooms so we had to leave the ac on to keep the musty smell away. Breakfast was good.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and has a wide variety of foods to choose from. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also like the proximity to DFW, about a 12 minute drive. Room rates are reasonably priced. We always stay at TownPlace Suites when traveling to Dallas because it is the best value that we've found. Not lowest price, but a solid good value for the product they provide.

We absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The WIFI worked fine for our needs. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was available daily and the quality was a standard continental breakfast.

I liked that my special request was honored and the clerk checked with me that it was fine upon check in. I liked that breakfast was served. And I liked that the room was clean and well stocked when I arrived.

Overall TownePlace Suites is a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. It's about a 15 minute drive from DFW which was important to us as we had an early morning departure. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked to be very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and provided recommendations for places to eat nearby. I recommend TownePlace Suites.

The staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We were stuck in town a couple days due to a storm and they allowed us to reserve an extra night and then cancel without penalty when we found out we were able to get a flight home. The location is ok. Fairly close to the airport and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast wasn’t anything unusual but it was nice that it went a bit longer than many hotel breakfasts do.

How quiet it was. My vehicle battery died, so the next morning I asked the front desk could they help, which he replied he didn't have jumper cables but might know someone and a guy with a jump box came out and got my car going. Which he didn't have to do w/o an additional charge.

We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to our schedule, but the rooms were very spacious and you definitely did not have the feeling being stuck in a box.
